Below you will find comprehensive installation and set up instructions for this theme. If after following this guide, you run into any technical issues, please feel free to contact support.

Final Launch Checklist
Ensure your site is able to be indexed by search engines
Go to Settings → Reading and make sure to UNCHECK the box next to Search engine visibility
Check all links site-wide
Go through each and every page of your website. Check that all links are connected and work as expected.
If you used any of the following template pages in your final website…
- home-01
- home-02
- services-01
- services-02
- contact-01
- contact-02
- thank-you-01
- thank-you-02
Make sure to remove the number at the end of the URL, or otherwise match up the permalink with URLs you may have on a current website.
For example, if your current contact page is www.mywebsite.com/get-in-touch, the new contact page should ALSO be www.mywebsite.com/get-in-touch. Changing your contact page URL to www.mywebsite.com/contact essentially adds a brand new page to Google’s search index. In order to maintain your current Google search rankings, keep your URLs the same or use a permalink redirect plugin such as Redirection.
View site on mobile
Pull up your site on your phone and check that everything looks correct on mobile. Check it on your partner’s phone or your friend’s phone too. Odds are, a majority of your website visitors will be coming to the mobile version of your site, so it’s very important to make sure everything looks good.
You can also do this within a browser like Google Chrome by right clicking anywhere on the page, clicking Inspect, then at the top of the page you can select dimensions of various common devices.

In case you missed this step while we were setting up the header, I’ll reminding you again. Make sure you’ve set up the mobile navigation menu via Customize → Header then selecting the Tablet/Mobile tab to configure the Off Canvas area.
Delete demo content
If you used any of my demo content during the set up process (blog posts or recipes), delete all of it. You should start fresh for any new posts you add to the site.
Delete or set unused pages as drafts
It’s likely you won’t be using all the templates I’ve provided with this theme. For the unused pages, set them into “draft” mode instead of “published” or just delete them. You can always find the templates for each page again within the Block Library.
Remove maintenance mode page
If you used the maintenance mode page, turn this page “off” by navigating to Settings → Reading → Your homepage displays then in the dropdown next to Homepage select the name of your website homepage.

If you did NOT use the maintenance mode page while working on your site, you should still go check that the correct page is set as your homepage. If you used the first homepage option (Home 01) you don’t need to change anything. This page would have been set as the homepage of your website by default.
If you used the 2nd homepage option as the homepage of your website (Home 02), follow the same navigation as described above (Settings → Reading → Your homepage displays → Homepage) and make sure that the correct Homepage option is selected from the dropdown box.
You made it! You’re ready to go live! 🎉
